FEBRUARY 2026 / NORTHERN UGANDA / DRILLING A DEEP WATER WELL
Unfortunately, drilling the deep water pump in January didn’t work out. The amount of water that came up was too little, and the rock layer was too thick to drill through.
Our project manager on site then picked a different location. After some delays—because the truck with the compressor wasn’t available—the new drilling work got started. So far, things are going well, and hopefully we’ll hit the water layer tomorrow.
