OCTOBER 2026 / UGANDA / VALLEY DAM IS FULL AND WATER WELL COMPLETED

Good news! The valley dam is full and providing clean water. The water well in Entebbe has also been completed, and it’s already being used a lot.

SEPTEMBER 2026 / INDIA / SHEROES

During our trip to India, we visited Sheroes’ Hangout in Agra, a café run by survivors of acid attacks. We were deeply impressed by how these women face the world after everything they’ve been through, and we decided to support them financially. We have so much respect and admiration for these incredibly strong women.

AUGUST 2026 / UGANDA / WATER WELL DIGGING

The Jawiba Foundation sponsored the construction of a new water well in Entebbe. The project includes digging the well, construction, a water pump, plumbing, a 10,000-liter plastic water tank on a base, and three tap outlets for collecting water.

AUGUST 2026 / UGANDA / WHEELCHAIR

Thanks to a donation from the Jawiba Foundation for a new wheelchair, this woman is mobile again and can travel longer distances, something she hasn’t been able to do for the past six months. Her old, locally made wheelchair, which she had used for 15 years, had worn out. Her first reaction: ‘I’ve gotten a helicopter, now I can move by myself’.

JULY 2026 / UGANDA / 4th WATERTANK

The fourth water tank has been completed!

JUNE 2026 / UGANDA / VALLEY DAM PROJECT UPDATE

The valley dam ended up being a little smaller than originally planned, but it was dug deeper. The excavation work attracted a lot of attention from local residents. Now we're waiting for the rains to come. Once it fills up, the water shortage for the surrounding villages will be solved.

MAY 2026 / UGANDA / NEW PROJECT: VALLEY DAM

Near Nabiseke, we want to build a large valley dam measuring 200 by 200 meters. Right now, the water collected during the rainy season is used by the entire village, but the current capacity isn’t enough. With a larger valley dam, we’ll be able to supply not only the current village with water, but also other nearby villages in the future through a pipeline system.

APRIL 2026 / UGANDA / 4th WATERTANK

The fourth water tank is almost ready!

MAY 2026 / UGANDA / GOD’s HONOUR INFANT SCHOOL KIDOKOLO
